At Piscis Networks, we are committed to providing our customers with advanced networking solutions and ongoing support for our products. However, as technology evolves, it becomes necessary to phase out certain products. This End-of-Life (EOL) policy outlines our practices and commitments to customers when we discontinue any product.
1. Notification of End of Sale (EOS)
Piscis Networks will notify customers of the End of Sale (EOS) date at least six (6) months in advance. This notification will serve as the official communication regarding the product's discontinuation.
2. Last Customer Ship Date for Hardware
The last customer ship date for hardware will be up to three (3) months after the EOS date. Customers are encouraged to place their final orders before this deadline.
3. Bug Fixes and Maintenance Support
Piscis Networks will provide up to one (1) year of bug fixes, maintenance releases, workarounds, or patches for critical bugs identified in the product after the EOS date. These fixes will be available when reported to our Technical Assistance Center (TAC).
4. Technical Assistance Center (TAC) Support
Piscis Networks will continue to offer TAC support for both software and hardware for a total of five (5) years from the EOS date. Our TAC team will assist with troubleshooting, software updates, and general support inquiries during this time.
5. Replacement Parts for Hardware
Piscis Networks will provide replacement parts for discontinued hardware for up to five (5) years from the EOS date, in accordance with our Return Materials Authorization (RMA) process. Customers can request replacements through our standard RMA procedure for defective components or hardware issues.

- End of Sale Notification: 6 months prior to EOS
- Last Customer Ship Date: 3 months after EOS
- Bug Fixes and Patches: 1 year after EOS
- TAC Support: 5 years after EOS
- Replacement Parts: 5 years after EOS (through RMA process)
